Prisoncomms allows you to stay connected to your loved ones via our sophisticated messaging service. This service means you can communicate more efficiently whilst saving costs on regular postage letters. Once your message is sent, it gets delivered to the selected establishment. It is then printed on site and distributed to your recipient with daily batch of post.
Our advanced system allows you to write your message in the comfort of your own home, hit 'send' and have peace of mind knowing it will be delivered safely and securely.
From all corners of the world, you can now stay in contact with your recipient, all for 40 pence per message.

How do I add credit?
Click on 'top up credit' when logged into your account, follow the instructions to pay via credit or debit card.
Is there a minimum age limit?
Unfortunately, users need to be 16 or over to register to use this service. This is a requirement of the HMP guidelines. Any requests from customers 16 or under will be rejected.
What if this service is not available at my chosen prison?
We are always looking to add new locations to our service. If the prison you want is not currently active then please get in touch and lend your support to our campaign to get the service into every prison.
